01
What supplies do I need for this class?
For this class, you need your computer and headphones.
02
How does Remind work?
I AM NOT USING REMIND FOR THE 22-23 SCHOOL YEAR AS EVERYTHING STUDENTS AND PARENTS NEED CAN BE ACCESSED FROM GOOGLE CLASSROOM. PARENTS SHOULD BE RECEIVING GUARDIAN EMAIL SUMMARIES FROM MY GOOGLE CLASSROOM. SEE DIRECTIONS BELOW.
I use a confidential texting service called Remind to communicate with both students and parents about homework, projects, and assessments. This is a free and private way for me to send daily updates to you by text message or email depending on which you sign up for. You can sign up for both if you want. Each student and one of their parents are required to sign up for this service (when possible). Each class has its own unique code so please use the appropriate link below.

How do my parents sign up for Google Classroom Guardian Emails?
How do guardians get summaries?
-
A teacher or admin sends an invitation to a guardian. This will happen at the start of the year once your child has joined Google Classroom.
-
After a guardian accepts the invitation, they choose when to get email summaries for each of their students.
Tip: All guardians are added to BCC when an email is sent to all guardians.
Here is the link for more information about these summaries:
